[工具] eclipse 3.2外掛cobol模組發生的問題

最近使用eclipse 3.2外掛COBOL Plug-in 3.0 Beta-2，在New一個COBOL Project時，

發生Error，以下是印出log檔案，我該如何解決呢？謝謝大家！
